HVAC websites, built in a sentence.
Describe your HVAC business and Nektr builds the site. Maintenance plans, seasonal services, and estimate requests that reach your inbox.
Repair · Replace · Maintain
AC out in August? Same-day visits.
Cooling and heating for homes across the north side. Maintenance plans from $19 a month.
Maintenance plan
- Two visits a year
- Priority scheduling
- 15% off repairs
An example hvac site. Not a real business.
Your website has two busy seasons and one homepage.
In July everyone is searching for air conditioning repair and in January it is the furnace. A site frozen around whichever season it was built in spends half the year answering a question nobody is asking.
01
Maintenance plans, presented like a product
The recurring plan is the most valuable thing you sell and it is usually a footnote. Its own page, with what is included and what it costs, so people can actually sign up.
02
Separate pages for cooling and heating
Two seasons, two searches, two sets of words. Each gets its own page so whichever half of the year it is, the right one is what turns up.
03
System replacement, treated as a big decision
Replacing a system is a several-thousand-dollar purchase people research for weeks. Room for the brands you install, the efficiency argument, and any financing you offer.
04
Estimate requests with the system details
A form that asks what they have, how old it is, and what it is doing wrong, then emails it to you. Enough to know whether it is a repair visit or a replacement conversation.
Questions HVAC companies ask
- Can I change the homepage between seasons?
- Yes, and it takes a sentence. Ask for the homepage to lead with heating in October and it does. Content edits never cost a prompt.
- Can people sign up for a maintenance plan on the site?
- They can request one through a form that emails you. Nektr does not process recurring payments, so the plan itself is billed however you bill it today.
- Can I list the brands I install?
- Yes. Brands and equipment are content entries you manage yourself. Only list what you actually carry, since the site will not invent a dealer certification for you.
- Do you handle financing applications?
- No. The site can explain the financing you offer and link to your provider, but the application itself stays with them.
- Can I add a service area myself?
- Yes. Each area becomes its own page with the right heading and an enquiry form, and adding one takes about a minute.
