Questions agents ask
- Can I add and remove listings myself?
- Yes. Listings are content entries with their own photos, price, and description. Adding one takes about a minute and needs no developer and no support ticket.
- Does it connect to MLS or IDX feeds?
- Not today. Listings are entered and updated by you rather than pulled from a feed. For agents carrying a handful of properties at a time this is usually faster than a feed anyway, but if you need automatic MLS sync, Nektr is not the right fit yet.
- What happens if I change brokerage?
- Nothing. The domain and the content are yours, so the site keeps working and you edit the parts that mention the old firm.
- Can I use my own photography?
- Yes, and you should. Upload your own shots of every property. Where you have no photograph yet, the site uses a neutral placeholder rather than a stock image of somebody else's house.
- Do I need to know anything technical?
- No. You describe the site in plain language and change it the same way. Editing text and images never costs a prompt.
